Architecture

In urban planning terms, the new Schlachtensee Carré housing estate to be raised in the heart of the historic town centre of Schlachtensee takes its cue from the palatial mansion estates raised in the nineteenth century.

Five new palatial buildings will be grouped around a central square with ornamental landscaping that the buildings align themselves with. As a result, the main focus of the complex is on the estate’s interior, which encourages people to take time out in this green oasis and communicative centre.

The entrance areas of the buildings are combined with stairwells in a highly presentable manner, while residential units with their different floor plans are designed to satisfy a variety of user requirements.

All flats come with a separate outdoor area. These open spaces repeat themselves through their relationship between outdoor and indoor that defines the overall character of the Schlachtensee Carré estate.
